From feb 11 2021 we resumed our delivery to the UK. A few things have changed:

a. No added tax, so tax 0%. Added tax will need to be payed in the UK. 

b. Minimum order is €160. 

c. Shipping is free to UK and with Tracktrace

d. All additional costs, like tax, will be payed by consumer in the UK (DAP conditions)

This means that you transfer the total amount of your order to our Bank account manually. Please remember to always state your ordernumber when transferring your Money. This may be found on your order-confirmation/ invoice that will be sent to you by email. Our Accountnumber is :

Please keep in mind that this last option is not the fastest way to transfer your Money.

4. Klarna Payments


In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment methods. Payment is to be made to Klarna.

  • NOTE : The payment method Pay in [14] days is only available in case of a positive credit assessment. My Account offers customers the opportunity to create an account. Creating one has a couple of advantages:

  1. Past orders can be viewed at.
  2. By creating an account you get access to ‘my wishlist’. For future orders that may come in handy.  

An account is optional. Fast checkout without using a Password is also possible.


Shipment Costs

We use different shipping rates. Above € 75 it will be sent free of charge within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

Calculate the shipping costs in advance by placing the product of your choice in the shopping cart and clicking on 'view & edit cart'.

There you can then see the expected shipping costs for your order.

Depending on where you live, we ship your stuff with one of the 2 Companies below. (DPD or Postnl). Trackingcodes will be sent to you by email.



Delivery Times

Our Delivery-times differ with destination and choosen Payment Option. But within the EU your Parcel takes approx. 3 to 6 workingdays to reach it’s final destination. Orders that come in on Friday will mostly be shipped on Monday. During Holidays we ship only ones  a week on Wednesday. Due to unforeseen circumstances shipping/ delivery may take some more time. Parcels will be shipped through DPD, PostNL. Trackingcodes will be sent to you by email. Poly Envelopes are taken care of by PostNL and don't have a trackingnumber.


Order not Complete?

In case your order arrives incomplete, this can have two Reasons:

  1. Your order was sent as a Partial Order. In that case some Products will be sent in a few weeks time. These items are stated on your order with BO (Back Ordered Goods). We will inform you in case this happens.
  2. A mistake has been made when Picking the Order. Please contact us at and we’ll ship the remaining Products asap.



It is always possible to send your order back to us. We will make sure you will get your money back. You need to pay the Shipping charges for sending it back yourselves.. 

We will grant you 14 days to judge if your purchase is satisfactory. After that Period you have another 14 days to return the product. So you can take a close look at the product just like you would do in a shop and test if it lives up to your expectations. If you have your doubts whether you can still change your product, then please contact us on 0031647965093 or   

If you are not all satisfied with the product then please return it to us in the original packing and unused. We will refund your money including the original delivery costs asap. You only have to pay for the return shipment yourselves. Please use the Withdrawal Form when shipping your goods back to us.


Intra-Community acquisition

An intra-Community acquisition is involved if you purchase goods that are transported from the Netherlands whereby the supplier is an entrepreneur. The supply is taxed in the other EU country. The purchased goods are taxed in the Netherlands with 0% VAT.

So if you're an entrapeneur in the EU? please contact us : and we can supply you with 0% tax. We need your taxnumber for that..
