1. Reclamations

It is always possible to send your order back to us. We will make sure you will get your money back. You need to pay the Shippingcharges yourselves. We will grant you 14 days to judge if your purchase is satisfactory. Within this period you can return the product. You can take a close look at the product just like you would do in a shop and test if it lives up to your expectations. If you have your doubts whether you can still change your product then please contact us on 0031647965093 or info@lureparts.nl   

If you are not all satisfied with the product then please return it to us in the original packing and unused. You can read below how to handle. We will refund your money including the original delivery costs within 14 days. You only have to pay yourself for the return shipment. (See also ad2 below)


2. Backorders

Unfortunatelly it is not possible to have alle our Products in Stock all the time. In case if we are not able to send you the Product you ordered, we will put it on backorder for you and ship it out a.s.a.p. If it takes to long, we will contact you with a solution. 


3. Special Orders

In case that we order goods for you in the United States or elsewhere, we give you an estimation of the delivery-time. In some cases however, delivery-time may be longer then expected. In those cases there's no refund of goods payed in advance. 

 

4. Brexit

From feb 11 2021 we resumed our delivery to the UK. A few things have changed:

a. No added tax, so tax 0%. Added tax will need to be payed in the UK. 

b. Minimum order is €160. 

c. Shipping is free to UK and with Tracktrace

d. All additional costs, like tax, will be payed by consumer in the UK (DAP conditions)


5. Privacy

Lureparts.nl needs your personal data for shipping and our newsletter. We only use your data for these purposes. 

In order to be able to offer you Klarna’s payment options, we will pass to Klarna certain of your personal information, such as contact and order details, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment options and to tailor the payment options for you. General information on Klarna you can find here. Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and in accordance with the information in Klarnas privacy statement
